How we support you and your delegates

Simple and intuitive by design the Strategic Export Controls online training service requires minimal support in its usage. The easy to navigate menus, comprehensive user guides and FAQs will support even the least confident of users in realising their training requirements.

If you need to reach out for support, to ask a question, or make suggestions for improvements, simply fill in the enquiry form. Our friendly team will respond to your query as quickly as possible.

We operate on UK working hours, Monday to Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. excluding University closure days and public holidays. When you raise a request outside of these working times we will endeavour to get back to you on the next business day.
