Your data

How we use your data

To issue you with an account and administer the service we require a minimum set of information about you. This needs to be sufficient to uniquely identify you for support purposes and to issue you with an account.

We will use this data to support you in the use of our services and create your account. As hosts of the SEC training Cranfield may use anonymised data to for the improvement of the service. For example, a particular question may have a high failure rate, by using anonymised data we can identify this and look into why this may be the case.

We will never share your personal data, anonymised or otherwise with third parties outside of your organisation.

Access to your information held within the system has been designed with transparency in mind. Your dedicated profile area will enable you to view and amend your own data and data use preferences. We understand that sometimes these details may need to change. Corrections to spellings or a change of family name are permitted and monitored for misuse. Renaming of accounts to reallocate to another user would be considered misuse under the terms and conditions of the service; credits are non-transferable once allocated to an individual.
